Dogglounge iPhone Web App

Now you can listen to Dogglounge with your iPhone not only with the Shoutcast App but right through the Safari web browser by going to: www.dogglounge.com/iphone
This feature will allow you to do a little multitasking while the DL streams to your iPhone (except for the Safari web browser, oh well we’ll take what we can!). Just visit the link with your iPhone and select high bandwidth (128k) or low bandwidth (56k) then hit play when the Quicktime player pops up. Hit the home button now and you’re free to run other apps as the DL plays. Woot!

Here’s an online record store that specializes in rare cosmic disco vinyls. The site is totally groovy and they look like they put a lot of effort in to posting every single record they have for sale (is that saying ‘they’ too much?). Pretty pricey for most of it but hey, it’s rare shizzle and I bet they’ve ripped it all in .WAV for their personal listening pleasure. [Cosmic Dudes]

One thing I hate is requests! All DJ’s do. You know why? Cause you’re out at a club playing some deep house and some dumb bimbo says, “Do you have any Michael Jackson?” Yah like WTF? Now I guess it wouldn’t be so bad if someone came up and said, “You got any Office Gossip or Addex?” Yah that might happen on the Dogglounge because all you sexy people know what’s up, but when ur playing at random clubs you get a bunch of dumb people. Anyways check out “10 excuses to avoid DJ requests.” My favorite is, “Coming right up!” and then you never really play it. MUAHAHAHAHA works ALMOST everytime because they usually end up leaving or getting to drunk to care. [Beatportal]
